He certainly did Mosh but I think that works to our advantage this time around. Balance comes to everything in life eventually and the fact that the last round was such a disaster with timeframes blown out to the shisenhasuer (I think that's how you spell it) means that this time the current bunch of lunatics will want and need to be seen to be doing everything by the book. To date NOPTA has been right on time almost to the minute with their timelines and I expect the JA to do the same. The last thing this Government wants is a protracted JA decision allowing fruitcakes to bring attention to something that at the end of the day is no big deal. I'm saying in the next 5 weeks we should have a JA decision IMO.
