KP is sitting on the NOPTA recommendation for the first permit and by KP keeping referencing waiting on NOPTA recommendations he must be referring to the second application with has not been sent to the JA as yet as information from DB is still pending after 50 days

JB handed down to reject the permit after the 2nd application was lodged and Scomo followed suit just recently , however KP can not make a ruling to reject and cancel the permit whilst the second application to extend under COVID is still pending , but he can rule to approve the first application which he has not done to dahe te ?

DB by slowing the information to NOPTA which has stop KP from making a ruling to cancel by holding up NOPTA with information they require to progress the second application
