NOPTA DID ALL THE WORK , JA shouldn't really need to take that long , they will make a decision according to the law , the minister is not the technical body , they administrative role only . if nopta says yes then it's yes the process is it doesn't move to the next step if the it's not successful , so if NOPTA approved then they move it to JA if NOPTA declines they write to the applicant straight
