Let's hope it's worth the wait. It was a wild ride last time around, ruined by scomo's antics. This decision will be scrutinised very closely. It would be foolish for anyone to play political shenanigans this time around. There is no reason for NOPTA to have a different recommendation than last time, and with that, no legitimate reason for the JA to decline.
I have had my position for a while now. I have just been waiting. Good luck holders new and old, this will hopefully be epic.
