My thoughts are:
-Unless the JA have plenty very good excuses and legal reasons rejecting PEP11, the chance of getting PEP11 approved this time is much higher than last year. Otherwise, another court case will follow after and the government is not that stupid making the same mistake again.
-IMO, I suspect there might be some types of assurance/positive signals regarding the review of PEP11 licence from the Commonwealth for DB agreeing to settle the court case last time, otherwise, DB wouldn't be happy to settle it outside the court without asking for huge compensation when we were in the sure win court case last time.
Let's wait and see, but I am positive
