I'd have to politely disagree with you as I'm a BIG fan of FOMO!
FOMO does now always mean a "temporary pump", it can be however one of the biggest drivers that can drive the SP into orbit IMHO.
And FOMO will be the name of the game leading up to the anticipated approval decision as people buy in a frenzy or risk the chance of been left out when the news finally hits! therefore it's called FOMO!
