I'd say a tad greater than 50/50 - with the whole process and current situation it's more of a 80/20 --- that 20 is the general distain to the government; wouldn't put it past the fact they could potentially not approve - #lawsuitNo2
The more time passes the greater the confidence will be, they will not sit on this with the intention to say No...
Technicals are pointing to swing up before MK returns back in the office, should break the short-term downtrend to swing up to 7c sometime either before or right after New Year, be interesting to see whether the sellers reign in to test the strong 3.8c support for a triple bottom? or we go up from here tommorow.
