drill rig time frame 35 days,
Valaris fleet status report showing Jan-Feb for a drill rig for an undisclosed operator in Aus waters.
We are drilling in the first half of 2024.
Cross referenced many drill rig operators in Aus and nothing is available let alone “booked” for 1-2 months time frame. (I used the word booked here based of fleet status reports)
Rig specifications adhere to PEP11 water depths etc.
Environmental permits you say? NOPSEMA have had our enviro plan since 2022 - it’s not new to them.
Parliament doesn’t get back till Feb (could we have a rig on permit before then??)
