Hi B, financial considerations only pertain to the works program, which is the exploration phase, i.e. drill. The gap between funds held and funds required is relatively small, and about reduce further.
With your second question, NOPTA part is done, they will revisit at the request of the,JA. NSW waters is outside their scope, there is clear demarcation. IMO.
