OK so if an SES officer is delegated, then no need for Houssos involvment?
MK asked the NOPTA recommendation be sent straight to the delegate?
So He or She is the scapegoat OR makes a decision that is at arms length and based on the recommendation, the rpocess and the Law?
The narrative being _ we placed the desion in thr hands who was truely unbiased and at arms length and independant. The desion is, without question, based on adherence to the process, and the law.
