If they have a legal loophole and Albo knows it - then the Govt has a 'duty; (MY opinion) to make that decision and NOT keep the company bleeding into the RED due to their NON decision. And there is no need for Zali to be tabling her bill.
My belief is that they are looking for a loophole and maybe a combination of NSW Legislation /Human Rights (as per Zalis submission) and any other reasons they can find will be applied in their decision - should they seek to DECLINE.
AND I think it is blatantly obvious to blind freddy that IF NOPTAs recommendation was to DECLINE then ALL this 'theatre' would not be required and the decision would have been given some time ago.
