My assumption is "a timely manner" falls at the shorter end of 3-5 months (what someone said was the average of the cerca 40 approvals given this year).
I'd say if it gets to the 5 month range, then time to start knocking on their doorstep...
I believe it'll eventually come, but just hopeful it's before my oppies expire
