Everyone knows the NSW decision is a NO... but why the delay??? Maybe they waited for their bill to be LAW - maybe they are working behind closed doors with the FEDs....
Whatever the reason is - I dont particularly care what their reason is - Make your decision and forward it to the FEDs. If they happen to be in breach of the Court Agreement then they will have to answer for it - should PEP11 go back to court.
JUST MAKE THE DECISION THAT WE ALL KNOW IS A - NO!!!!!
