sorry. However, the Bill is overall a positive for future gas projects and therefore PEP11. I do think many of her statements, nicely locked away in Hansard for future reference if needed, are contradictory should PEP11 be knocked back. There is a key theory, the application of due process must be consistent across Commonwealth waters. To green light other similar projects and simultaneously prevent PEP11 requires something purely unique in relation to PEP11. TBH, it just doesn't exist IMO.
