This can NOT be allowed to happen. Both Govts cannot be allowed to keep delaying and screw PEP11 in the process.

They've compromised their position from their policy decisions so The Finest People have them under the gun.

I don't think anyone has the Fortitude to risk their cushy political or bureaucratic careers.
