The most important thing to remember re parliament sitting is that in actual fact, based on the courts ruling and the usual treatment of NOPTA approvals to JA, is that is SHOULD NOT and DOES NOT rely on anything coming out of parliament, and if it does, that in itself should, in a fair world according to law, immediately be assessed as apprehended bias! End of story.
