That's a fair point. Some readers may interpret recent posts as some sort of assurance that BPHOB holders will not be left stranded. My understanding is that there is no guarantee of any future issue to current option holders. Mode did not provide any such assurance, he stated that he will discuss this with the company in the future in the event it becomes appropriate to do so. Ultimately it will be the company that will determine the best course of action. He also noted that it may come to pass that it is simply not necessary.
