IF it does take that long - ie over 200 days at JA - then I would have a BIG question to the directors of BPH/BUY and any others who stated that the decision was imminent???? AND in BPHs reports - they have stated that they were looking at contracting rigs first half of 2024. HOW do they come to these conclusions??? Where is the 'data' showing that the JA decision was going to happen within - say 30/60/90/120/150 days.
