I still believe that a JA decision will be made sooner then...

I still believe that a JA decision will be made sooner then another 130+ days. My concern is that there is/was information being presented that is not correct. If it was a guess - then so be it. I relied on the reports to make my decision to invest - in particular that the decision would allow a rig to be 'drilling' in the first half of 2024. I never knew about the 'imminent' until someone mentioned it here in HC... and so I looked it up - invested in BUY and then quickly pulled OUT of BUY when I realised that The Most Political Project (with a BIAS by both Govts) and a Court Order to boot was PEP11. I was happy to stay the course with BPH and will continue to hold to the END....

Although there are holders here (and elsewhere no doubt) who have been waiting for 2/5/10 years or more... I for one was not here to stay more than a few months. But you live and play with the cards you are dealt..... and I never thought I would be beholden to Political Shenanigans when investing in an ASX Company.

So I say again:

NSW - APPROVE PEP 11 NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
FEDs - STOP THE DELAYS GET NSW TO MAKE THEIR DECISION and APPROVE PEP11!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
