Does anyone have a clue as to WHY the JA Decision for a lot of these NOPTA Applications are taking 200/300 days?????
What possible reasons are there that the JA could take this long to make a decision on the recommendation of NOPTA?????
Are these applications ALL POLITICAL???? (I know Rainbows and others dont want any more oil and gas) - but does that mean that the JA can DELAY any projects that they wish - without any consequences????
