agreed.. I think it’s always been here and in most other countries too. BUT what makes this unfathomable for me is that it is so blatant (ie Scummbag) and now the Legislation by NSW GOVT and the FEDs appear to be delaying even though the court order (without any time constraints unfortunately) has ‘dictated’ that PEP11 should be decided in accordance with the LAW.
so what law allows them to - in my opinion - to delay the decision? Is it just something we all have to accept and take it up the wazooo!!?
