Not all will be needed, as I said in there, some will be needed and the market will determine what's the most viable projects in the earliest possible timeframe.

The concern is, in these instances, why the hell don’t they mention PEP11. Sure it’s been the most controversial but it’s well placed, if successful, to cure many of the energy woes for the east coast…..
