I'd imagine the first week is administrative catchup, checking emails etc, answering simple queries. MK wont be doing any serious approvals till she's had time to sit and read through all the recommendations, and in PEP11's case, likely meet with Albo and other party seniors to discuss the plan and messaging. Pre Xmas was the best time to get it all done but now I wouldnt expect any news till Feb at best.
