The Government stated they would bring "an open mind" and "do it right". There is no evidence that they have brought an open mind and the longer it takes, the most likely outcome is approval as I don't believe they have grounds to both "do it right" and "bring an open mind".

Or, are you just seeking validation for your decision to sell your holding?

I respect your right to sell your holding, it takes a lot of patience to see this one through. JMO.

I believe their is no available reason to decline.

If The Minister for resources has decided to manufacture a reason and go against the regulator NOPTA reccomendatiom it will be interesting court case.

At the end of the day it is well documented via AEMO and ACCC that the east coast needs gas.

Patience is required.
