Remember when scomo rejected BPH. DB quickly applied for new 2 or 3 "random" new drilling permits off NZ which never took fruition.
i dont think he ever predicted the court would reverse scomos decision and i dont think he has any idea where pep11 might be headed today. Yet people here seem to assume pep11 and pkit will cooperate yet BPH isnt even approved yet and suspiciously delayed over and over.
