Hello Mode,

If you read some posts on MMR, there exists a claim that the CR for a vry modest $150,000 (circa) was commited in one hour.

Lets be serious now. When PEP-11 is approved, there will be an almighty scramble to be invovled in any CR.

BUY, BPH and MMR will not have any difficulty in raisinf funds.

MMR, for example, will have enough support from existing shareholders.

When approved, there will be no shortage of instos willing to stump up the cash.

Funding is not an issue, approval is !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
