A reality is more often than not recalcitrant governments are loathe to actually do anything, make any decisions that just might not go the way they envisage.

In this case Elbo and gang seem incapable of any real commitment to anything REAL. They're all lost at sea regarding housing. The haven't a clue. Truly gormless .

Here , in the world of energy , the answers stare everyone in the face. But here we are.... treading water whilst fools rule the roost.

The only way to get a result is to remove the restrictions of inertia and give them a nudge.

Then, and only then will anything happen. Whilst all stand around patiently waiting , the Gov will feel no impetus to move. They are truly happy saying motherhood-like utterances whilst actually doing NOTHING !!!

Do nothing....nothing is the result.
