My considered view of climate change is that whilst possible it is still a theory not a fact. What pisses me off is how the Lefties are using emotion and alarmist to promote their ideology, especially to young impressionable minds.
I noticed a story a few days ago which had red colouring over a map of the world except blue over Australia. The blue meant it was cooler than normal. This wasn’t referred to as climate change but a WEATHER event…as you would be aware , media normally refer to anything as due to global warming or climate change. This didn’t fit their narrative,
Unfortunately, media organisations such as the ABC are intent on pushing the socialist agenda….despite being required to be unbiased. They provide a daily diet of feminism, indigenous affairs, multiculturalism, victim creation, etc. etc….The ABC used to be admired as being the champion of keeping governments honest (of either persuasion). Now it’s the Lefty Chronicle. There should be a push to DEFUND THE ABC.
That is , the funding of the ABC should be tied to the level of its viewing audience. More viewers/listeners more funds and vice versa.Thus would keep them focussed on a more unbiased agenda.
Can anyone imagine the ABC doing an unbiased story on PEP 11?
