I think like JD mentioned, we could go down many rabbit holes however you are certainly correct in terms of kick backs. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised in Scomo knew those days were his last and that was his last ditch effort to secure some funds for retirement, knowing full well how nothing would be done against him. Just look at his smirks in day to day life.
