    If the now TEA (an exclusive right to negotiate a full license agreement) was previously block Z-38, it was a Karoon/Tullow jv. I really like the team involved here, Scott Macmillan (NED) and Havoc Services (assuming this is the “Havoc Partners” that did the early geophysic work and were instrumental in Calima Energy’s Montenay play) in particular, but I think it’s going to take a small miracle and some hefty dilution to see this ever matured beyond desktop studies.
