When you consider how cheap this is, under the radar, the more that they wake up new comers, the better.
This is priced so low, obscure. That there is a re-rate to be had, just in the market discover process.
While i typically observe that the SP can pull back to the CR level, it can also break away, when the use of funds and market awareness reaches a tipping point.
Consider the value of peers, who are pre spud into large targets.
And we are generating those targets, and in the box seat to consider JVs.
