I’m in the same boat and sitting on the sidelines until I can work it all out.
From what I can see QGL made several applications to takeover panel and were granted extensions with the latest extension date unless extended further to finish 31/1 (this coming Tuesday)
Also a key condition to progress the bid is for QGL to hold 51% of the shares on issue which the company has stated it has the support of its 4 largest shareholders who collectively hold 52.28% so not possible at this stage
In comfortable the takeover is under control just not sure what the go with LMLND & LML is moving forward
LMLND approx 770 million shares
LML approx 575 million shares
