LML NEW SHARES - SEPARATE CLASS Lincoln Minerals Limited (ASX: LML) (Lincoln or the Company) announce that a total of 770,478,122 new ordinary fully paid shares will be issued under the Company’s non-renounceable pro-rata rights issue offer of ordinary shares (Rights Issue). ASX has confirmed that as a result of the Quantum Graphite Limited (QGL) offer made for LML shares that existed on 10 August 2022, the new ordinary shares will be issued under the ticker LMLND. The new class of fully paid ordinary shares will trade separately from the main class of LML shares. When QGL’s offer ends, ASX will fold the new class of shares into the main class of LML shares.
