If 770million shares LMLND trading at 2.3 cents gets merged with 575 million LML shares trading at 6.7cents then there will be 1.345billion shares on issue at approx 4.2cents
770million + 575million =1.345billion
770million shares X 2.3cents = $17,710,000
575million shares X 6.7cents = $ 38,525,000
$17,710,000+$38,525,000= $56,235,000 (combined m/cap)
$56,235,000 divided by 1.345billion shares = $.0418
