It appears to me that LMLND holders are not being included in the QGL offer; so if the t/o is successful the conditions of offer applicable to LML shareholders may not necessarily apply to LMLND holders? no information about what happens if T/O successful, only what happens when offer lapses...
I bought sml parcel in LMLND as the offer on table until march, and with LML SP running higher every day, the LMLND SP is likely to follow
