Because on Jan. 26 LML announced that an updated feasibility study would be available within weeks and they are fully funded for an aggressive 2023 drilling program and mine development, QGL are most likely to extend their offer on March 6th so LMLND is a good option for long holders. LMD has to much potential for shareholders to accept a takeover offer, but QGL will probably keep trying.
