    Great summary.

    I think people forget PEP11 has been safely drilled by these companies before which should well and truly be in this permits favour.

    It appears this government is going to kick the can down the road and make no decision.

    Which confirms my belief that its too hard for the government to refuse and that they have no valid reason for refusal.

    NSW needs gas and PEP11 could potentially be that feedstock of gas.
