Thoughts on the possibility of an announcement coming through today to take advantage of the Christmas/New Year distraction? Maybe Ed queued one up for a late afternoon release with the skeleton staff in his office /NOPTA?
Otherwise, it would appear they'd prefer to have it tied up in court land over the election period, but surely they're cutting it fine if that's the case...
