Since 6th August 2024 - PEP11 is NO longer in the hands of Zombie Pollies.. That ended with the application to Federal Court requesting a time limit (45days) for making a decision.
Since then - EVERYTHING - including the VACATING of the Consent Order has been undertaken WITH Asset's consent (in accordance with Fed Court 'supervision')
So.. what you say with respect to 'NOTHING' is correct if you refer ONLY to a decision......
However, IMO - there has been BIG milestones as a result of ACTIONS by Asset..... It was about time they did something..... that it look till August 2024 is a pain in the A**.... but at last - we have taken away the POWER of the Zombies and have requested the Zombies ONLY mortal enemy - the Courts (Justices) to intervene and make some decisions/orders etc - which the Zombies MUST comply with.
Lets see what happens up to 7th Feb......... if nothing - we are back in Court....... we will NOT be leaving Court until the Court tells us - YOU LOST!!!!!!!!
