Reality is that Ed Husic is yet to make his decision.

As each day goes by, the probability of him making that decision before the election diminshes.

If no announcement is made prior to Parliament resuming, I would consider it extremely likely that the ALP will sit on their hands.

Then they will lose Government, and the new Resources Minister will be free to approve the applications in line with NOPTA's recommendations.

I fully expect a refusal if he does decide to make a decision, which is common knowledge to all MMR/BPH/BUY SH, anyone wanting out has had more than ample opportunity to do so.
