Why would Breeze commence litigation to force a decision within the 40 day window, then reach a settlement, but then decide to do nothing further if Ed sits on this till after an election. Makes no sense at all. Someone needs to pull the trigger and set this on the path to a final resolution.
DB cant wait 3 months to receive a decline and then commence litigation to overturn the decision which could take another 6 months. DB You're not Santa. You need to deliver more than 1 day a year.
