The price as I see it has always needed to trend up just to meet bphs, being able to soak up at .004 has been a gift and has only been possible because of the lull. Furthermore, a dip in price from refusal "shock" which could drive the price to .002 is illogical based on what is already known and the trajectory of the price, realistically it could dip from a higher value like .008 from the new arrivals, but the rest have seen it all and already priced every eventuality in and won't be phased, imo this is the floor and a artificial one at that so long as pep11 exists in any capacity, reminds me of the barillaro phase.
