Have to clarify for those who may be lead astray: (IMO)
PEP11 has ALWAYS been under an 'Environmental stranglehold' by the Greens/Teals/Labor and Libs.
They have attempted to KILL PEP11 due to environmental concerns (including whales/climate change/dingbats and the kraken!!..lol) since at least before the Scummbag decision. Scummbag attempted to Kill PEP11 by refusing on something he called 'first principles'....
IF first principles/environmental and any other fairy tale concerns were able to be wielded to chop the head off PEP11 - it would have been done so looooonggg before Asset commenced the latest Federal Court action - to get a decision in 45 days!
Still - now 4 weeks after NOPTA submitted their report on the 1608+ pages of concerns - ED has not made a decision. NSW have decided their 5km ban needs to be on the books AFTER sitting unwanted/unloved for 9 months - waiting for the JEDA to REFUSE. They have commenced this 5km ban - ohhhhhh maybe cos they wanna stop PEP007???? (yeah James Bond!). The ONLY reason 5km ban even exists - is to STOP/KILL PEP11.
So... bang on about environmental concerns/first principles/last principles and the fourth dimension........
I AWAIT THE FEDERAL COURTS RULING............. today/ tomorrow/next week....... whenever it FINALLY reaches there!
