I AWAIT the LAWYERS!!!!!..... they believe Asset has legal basis to fight this in the Federal Court.
THEY can claim environmental concerns any time they like.... but it does not apply at NOPTA stage. IF they had environmental concerns in the FIRST PLACE (eg first principles)..... then THEY (governmentssss) should NEVER have allowed this title...... PEP11 NOW EXISTS..... it needs to be acted on in accordance with the LAW (at the very least OPGGS Act...... and maybe something else the JEDA might come up with??? - to date they have NOT)
So... bush lawyer or bush turkey.... take your pick
