(oh one more possibility - if approved - and IF there are grounds to appeal before NOPSEMA STAGE - then the opponents may appeal to the Courts to ‘overturn’ the NOPTA/JA approval - not sure there are grounds to do this at NOPTA STAGE BUT WE WAIT AND SEEEEE)
