I guess this explains why you are so spooked about Husic. You bought into BPH after Scomo said he didn't support PEP11 and sure enough he refused the permit. It appears you expect history to repeat.
At the risk of stating the bleeding obvious, this time around is very very different. SH are expecting a refusal but we have the benefit of the Bell Report and the Federal Court bundle to inform us. We know NOPTA has recommended approval on both applications. Our conviction is not based on Husic approving, it is based on a refusal being worthless due to the absence of valid grounds. So we know our approval is coming, it's just a question of whether that is by the pen of Susan McDonald or the pen of Judge Jackson.
The notion of the SP falling to below cash backing is foolish IMO, there will be no surprise if Husic follows through. It will no longer be a surprise to me if Husic does nothing before the election.
