I have already. There are no valid grounds to refuse either application. NOPTA have recommended both for approval. Further to that, I have now identified the reasons for the ALP doing what it is doing, and it suggests to me that they will do nothing. If the LNP come into power, and I hope they do, Susan McDonald will approve PEP11 because there is no choice but to approve. JMO.
