IMO after 20 years of investing in Pep11 inc the party is well and truly over now, successive governments have shown Pep11 the door both LNP and ALP, NSW state elected governments have all rejected Pep11 inc and IMO the next step to finalise the matter is the Environmental denial will roll out through NOPSEMA and Publicly and it will take years to fight in court, and cost millions in legals for no return for Pep11 Inc imo, Feb 7th 2025 will be nothing but another day of delay till the final death knell is dropped on the Pep11 exploration license as has all ready been pre warned the Market by Ed Husic Federal Minister in charge of the Pep11 exploration licence decision, and imo this will be done through environmental concerns imo, and it will take years, you simply can’t win against the Federal Government once they march this stance out, and in particular in a area that is the most popular and populous coastal area in Australia imo.
And Dutton will just follow suit of Albanese if he does actually win in 2025, he has a bigger enough problem to sell he’s U308 policy in 2025,26 than take on Woke central with Pep11 exploration in the Northern Beaches imo.
