    Every zombie pollie including supposed lawyer Zali knows this..... they have nothing LEGALLY to refuse PEP11....

    PEP11 exists... it was approved and sold to bidders and it can not be 'extinguished' with a stroke of a crayola.... it needs to either:

    1. Drill and be a duster and thus commits 'suicide'

    or

    2. Government cancels the lease without LEGAL reason and pays compensation....

    IF there was NO compensation to be paid in a case like PEP11... the governments would give two hoots about going to court....

    So JEDA - approve PEP11 or Cancel PEP11 - MAKE A DECISION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
