I thought it vital that I provide you with some pertinent facts and information in answer to your post.

Whilst the facts are the same because they are facts and as such do not change please understand this is not a duplicate of any other post I have put up

1.Ed has declared his preliminary view is to deny
2.To deny the permit Ed has to have a legally valid reason
3.Ed has not denied the permit as yet as there is no legally valid reason to decline
4.If Ed denies the permit the reason for the denial will be challenged in court
5.To date Advent has had favourable outcomes in every court case it has ever being involved with that has anything to do with PEP11
6.NOPTA has approved PEP11....again
7.The downward selling pressure that you continue to spruik has not eventuated
8.The nature of the SP movement is based on some bot activity and some small retail buying and selling
